Derivatives documentation.
IBMA is the International Bullion Master Agreement.
It contains standard terms for derivative and other transactions in gold and silver, published by the former British Bankers' Association (BBA) and the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA).
(The former BBA's functions are now undertaken by UK Finance.)
