Behavioural skills - self-management and accountability - influencing others.
Empathy is perception of the frame of reference of other people with accuracy, including:
- Experiencing their feelings; and
- Expressing understanding and identification.
Adjectives relating to empathy are empathic, or empathetic.
They both mean the same thing.
