Environmental social and governance (ESG).
Responsible investment includes:
- Considering ESG when selecting investments.
- Being an active investor, to improve the ESG performance of companies invested in.
Responsible investment overlaps with sustainable investment.
Some practitioners would define them as the being the same thing.
