A procedure under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)'s Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
The commission aims to promote on a worldwide scale the settlement of international disputes by means of arbitration, mediation, expertise, dispute boards and other forms of dispute resolution.
