Bank supervision
A recovery plan is a regulated financial firm’s comprehensive menu of advance options addressing a range of severe financial stresses caused by:
- Bank-specific problems;
- Market-wide stress; or
- Both.
The recovery plan should include all of the management's credible options for addressing both liquidity and capital difficulties.
