- MORhomes to issue 30-year sustainable bond
- Rohan Gunatillake, group treasurer of Golding Homes, agrees that ESG funding is becoming a higher priority. Citing the firm’s standby liquidity agreement with MORhomes – a borrowing vehicle for housing associations – he notes that the next bond issued by the vehicle will be a 30-year sustainable bond:
