1. Payment cards.
A reloadable multi-purpose prepaid card which may be used for small retail or other payments.
2. Information technology.
Any payment arrangement that enables users to securely access, manage and use a variety of payment instruments issued by one or more payment service providers via an application or a website.
The electronic wallet may reside on a device owned by the end-user, such as a smartphone or a personal computer, or may be remotely hosted on a server but still under the control of the end-user.
