Payment systems - UK - Payment Systems Regulator - payment service providers (PSPs) - indirect access providers (IAPs).
A PSP has indirect access to a payment system if it has a contractual arrangement with an indirect access provider to enable it to provide payment services (to enable the transfer of funds using that payment system) to its customers.
