PwC is the short name for PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the 'Big 4' largest worldwide professional services organisations and auditors.
'PwC' is the brand under which the member firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwCIL) operate and provide professional services.
PwCIL is an English private company limited by guarantee. PwCIL does not provide services to clients.
