'Self management and accountability' is a core behavioural competency for treasurers identified by the ACT's Competency Framework.
It includes the use of skills and competencies with confidence and effectiveness to help deliver the organisation’s objectives, having an enquiring mind and being accountable for one's own actions and ideas.
