Accountability and working effectively with others.
360 degree feedback is a method of individual appraisal which gathers performance feedback from a number of different sources, not just a line manager.
These other sources may include peers, direct reports, more senior colleagues and clients.
The potential advantages of 360 degree feedback include: a wider-ranging perspective, and greater objectivity in performance management.
Sometimes abbreviated to 360 feedback or 360.
